REFLECTION #2
For my syposium reflection well i would talk about how stressfull it yould be it was lots of work. Another thing i wanna talk about is how the group callaboration went some time s we would have to push eachother to work more . But what i found was most stressfull was the ISD beacuse of all the work . But when we were preparing for this and lewarining more about sleep disoreders i found were more intresting then i would expect .

SLEEP DISORDERS
The article we have found so far titled “what are sleep disorders?” connects to community because it talks about how sleep disorders are becoming more and more common in our community and how more than 75% of our community between ages 20 and 59 report that they have sleep difficulties at a regular bases .
Something new that we learned was that most people experience sleeping problems due to stress, hectic schedules and other kinds of outside influences. But once these issues start to occur more often and start to interfere with their daily life they might indicate a sleeping disorder. We hope to find out more information about how the lack of sleep can have a negative impact on energy, mood, getting concentrated and overall a negative impact on health. Also, we would like to find out more about how it can also affect your performance on studies and work or how in some cases cause strain in relationships.
